Meeting for proposing the Annual General Meeting-2026 held on 8.5.2026

A meeting of Group Coordinators of SSCSOA was held on 08.05.2026 in the Magnolia Hall of May Fair Hotel and was chaired by Shri Manoj Rai, Acting President-SSCSOA. The meeting was also attended by Shri Bhim Thatal, Secretary – Labour Department.

The agenda of the meeting was as under :

1. Proposal and preparation for next Annual General Meeting of the Association
2. Discussion on list of programs for AGM
3. Formation of an Organizing Committee of AGM-2026
4. Revamping the constellation of SCS cadre officers in the State through Physical and Digital Engagements
5. Revamping of Group Coordinators’ List and redefining the role of Group Coordinators
6. Discussion on collection of Membership Fee for new officers and Annual Membership Fees from members.
