The North East Regional Conference of All India Federation of State Civil/ Administrative Service Association for Executive Committees of the All India Federation of the State Civil/ Administrative Service Associations of North-East Region was held on 11th December, 2025 in Shillong (Meghalaya) at Courtyard by Marriot to transact and discuss various agendas,to review the progress on the issues pending before Government of India, DoPT and submissions of memorandums to the Hon'ble Chief Ministers and the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India.
Shri Lakmen Rymbui, the Hon'ble Minister for Education, Government of Meghalaya presided over the function as the Chief Guest.The meeting was attended by Shri Lajvir Singh,Chairman-AIF, Shri Gaurav Bajad, President-AIF, Dr. Ravi Tirlapur, Secretary General, Smt Annapurna Alley, Secretary Finance-AIF and other executive members of Civil Service Associations of North Eastern States. The team from Sikkim was led by Shri Dushyant Pariyar, President-SSCSOA who was accompanied by Shri Manoj Rai, Vice President-SSCSOA.
The Conference was hosted by Meghalaya Civil Service Officers' Association.
